Welcome to the American Webolution!
Founded on the principle that the American citizen's voice and sovereignty is still the foundation on which this nation was built. Using the digital age, social networks and mass communication, my goal is to unite in the common goal of changing our political oligarchy and putting it back into our control with leaders who represent us, rather than a ruling class. It does not matter which side you believe you stand on, neither of the parties involved represent us anymore. We are the ruled, they legislate what they believe is best, and refuse to be accountable to any of the laws they pass for the masses.
It is time to alter this course we are on, or what was fought for over two centuries ago will be lost, found only in passing words of a history book. Our minds and our voices were silent for too long and we sat by, hoping the next generation would solve the problem. It is now at our door, and we must open it and step out onto uneasy ground of change, and be prepared to suffer for being the voice of opposition.
Use the networks to reach one another, find candidates, leaders among you, put them on a platform to reach across our land. Fight for your community, from school boards, to city hall, to the governors mansions. Find the news and peek behind the curtain at what the wizard is really doing. You can get exposure, hold forums and debates, share video messages, updates, event rallies, I have built it all for you in the Militia.
Read from our staff and others we trust, learn the past and how it repeats itself, read between the lines of the world around us, and participate. Tell your friends, your neighbors, your enemies: we have one common cause, liberty for all.
Idealistic? Yes, much like the founders long ago, simplistic on paper, much harder to put into action. I do not believe our nation could suffer another violent civil war in this modern age, we must change it from the inside, with numbers, exposure, and playing their game. Among us are spies who work for corporations with ties to Congress, staffers for representatives who hear the games going on, reporters who have the real news. This is our forum, we answer to no sponsor or advertiser, or corporation.
